About Us

Janm Chakra is a small entertainment project running at jc.astrologi.in.

What we do

You type in a name. We do arithmetic on its letters and weave a story from it — ten lives spread across the years 1520 to 2230. Each life gets its own era, trade, place and ending. Add a photo if you like, and it takes on the colour of each period.

Why we built it

Because "what would I have done if I were born in 1700?" is a fun thing to wonder about. This app exists for that fun, and for sharing it with friends.

What we are not

We are not astrologers. We do not predict anything. We hold no secret knowledge. The results come from arithmetic on your name, which is why the same name always gives the same answer. Please do not base any real decision on it.

How this is paid for

The site shows advertisements, and that covers the costs. We never charge you, and we never sell your information.
